Our factory was established in 1998 by SUAT ERDEM and began to operate in Kayseri-Ankara highway which is about 25 km to Kayseri. Our factory was established with that year’s investigation with 500.000 $ and with capacity of 150 tonnes/day with 8 vals, there was used the latest technology, and with the full otomatical machine park and with not touching, we reduced man power to almost zero. Full automation has been equiped with computers. Laboratory is a guide for the suitable raw material and product . The wheat as a raw material is bringing from different places of Turkey and world and after testing in laboratory taken the barn. Sufficiency of wheat is examined firstly physical and the chemical point of view…we produce type 550 and ytpe 650 wheat flour for bread
Wheat coming from farmers is controlled and analysed at our quality control labs using techniques such as gulletin, index, and hectolitre sedimentation, is categorized and then stored in silos. Wheat in the silos are classifiied according to specification and become ready for the production milling process.
Wheat is stored in the depots after grinding by passing through a automated cleaning group with sifters where flour and bran are separated without any human intervention.
